"I've been using Sportquest products for the past FIVE years, mainly CARBO-PRO, RECOVER, MOTIVATOR, CALPLEX, and VANTAGE and I'm definitely the healthiest and strongest I've been since I started Adventure Racing.

With the advent of the 24 hour racing events, my teammates and I have literally gone to CARBO-PRO as our sole source of calories during an event. No need to carry heavy baggies of food anymore or try to slam down something heavy during transitions that usually upsets a person's stomach. In races of 24 hours or less, CARBO-PRO is literally all you need! And during the longer expedition length races, I fill up my bladder with CARBO-PRO off the start line, then carry several baggies of it during the long days and nights "out there". It's the best way to carry literally thousands of calories without adding even a pound to the weight of your pack! And since I never have to slow down to eat, CARBO-PRO is a great competitive advantage.

I also use CARBO-PRO in training every single day. Can't imagine living/racing/playing without it anymore! BTW, my teammates and other teams around me while I'm packing our race transition boxes keep stealing scoopfuls of my CARBO-PRO, so I’ll need some new stuff soon!

As for the RECOVER-best supplement I've ever used. And believe me, I've used a lot of them. It's amazing to recover so quickly from the long rides and runs we do in training for races like the Raid Gauloises, the Eco-Challenge, and Primal Quest, but with the RECOVER, I know I can go really hard and still be viable to hit it again the next day. I use RECOVER every single day, 6-12 pills depending how hard my workouts are that day, and I really credit RECOVER with my longevity in this sport. Adventure Racing can really take a toll on your body, especially after 10 years of gnarly 7-10 day races, but I'm still here, baby! And at the top of my game.
